About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join AMA and help shape the future of dynamic audio advertising. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in sales, whether you're already in a sales role or making a career pivot from an agency background.

You'll be part of a pod focused on one of the world's largest agency groups, working closely with our highly talented Sales Directors. Together, you'll be driving growth for some of the biggest global brands, giving you exposure to high profile campaigns while learning directly from experienced commercial leaders.

This is a role that blends ownership and support. You'll have the chance to build your own relationships and take responsibility for revenue opportunities, while also supporting senior colleagues and gaining hands-on experience in how to deliver at the top level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support revenue growth by contributing to sales of personalised digital audio to media agencies, both directly and programmatically.

  • Take ownership of smaller opportunities and accounts, while supporting senior colleagues on larger-scale agency deals.

  • Help clients understand how data and insights can improve creative effectiveness and inform audio investment strategies.

  • Work with agency teams across strategy, comms planning, digital, AV, programmatic, DCO and branded content to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

  • Build your knowledge of the digital audio and programmatic landscape through hands-on experience, training and client work.

  • Assist in shaping and executing campaigns by working with internal creative and campaign management teams.

  • Coordinate with engineers and third-party research partners to ensure campaigns are set up, optimised and measured effectively.

  • Attend industry events, actively engaging with the digital advertising community to expand your knowledge and network.

  • Contribute ideas and support the identification of new ways to deliver campaigns and improve collaboration across teams.

What We Expect from You

  • Around 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an agency or media sales role (internships will also be considered).

  • Some understanding of programmatic and audio advertising principles, with a real interest in developing this further.

  • Confidence in delivering presentations and explaining ideas clearly.

  • Evidence of building a pipeline and contributing to sales targets.

  • Motivation to contribute to revenue-generating activity and learn from senior colleagues.

  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment.

  • Curious and innovative, keen to spot opportunities, ask questions and grow quickly within the role.
