Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with a strong sales mindset and a proven track record in opening doors for IG's full-service portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and persistently work to establish connections for IG.
  • Possess a good understanding of Game Development and Professional Services offerings to effectively sell our services.
  • Understand client needs, act as a consultative partner, and present tailored solutions using Ingenuity's capabilities.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Maintain a strong sales mindset with a passion for socializing and networking.
  • Support overall brand building through strategic networking, regular travel, and participation in industry events.
  • Be prepared for frequent travel to/from Europe and Asia.
  • Experience working in Asia is advantageous.
  • Open to working from home long-term.
Requirements
  • Approximately 7 years of experience in the gaming industry with a focus on sales.
  • Extensive industry network and established relationships with key decision-makers across regions.
  • Skilled in identifying influencers and decision-makers, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Adept at working with global teams and clients in Asia, Europe, and the US.
  • Comfortable with remote work and engaging across different time zones (India +5 hours preferred).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to position service offerings clearly and differentiate from competitors.
  • Experience negotiating and closing large fixed-price and T&M service contracts.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and a natural inclination towards networking and socializing.
  • Proven history of working in Asia and managing multi-region client engagements.
  • Understanding of the services model (not product sales).
