Senior Sales Executive

£30K - £100k OTE

We have been successfully trading for over 14 years, employing over 130 office staff and 2,200 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.

Our operations, customer service and sales teams are located in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station.

The Senior Sales Executive Role

  • Receiving inbound leads for customers expressing interest in our heating & cooling products via our in-house online lead generation or existing customer base;
  • Using our bespoke CRM, generate automated customer quotes for their new products - all technical training will be provided;
  • Closing sales to secure the business & managing your own sales pipeline;
  • Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale;
  • 0% APR finance offering so our customers can pay nothing upfront;
  • Being part of a talented sales team with ongoing learning and development

The Senior Sales Executive we want!

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced sales professionals who are self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust in our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged. In addition, we are looking for:

  • At least 1 years recent telesales experience;
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs;
  • Motivated by exceeding targets and earning top commission;
  • Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best;
  • A great team player.
