Job Description
Senior Sales Associate

Coach, a global fashion house founded in 1941, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Associate to contribute to store sales, productivity, and service using Coach selling skills and service training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand how individual productivity impacts the store
  • Behave like a brand ambassador
  • Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programmes, including omni channel sales and virtual selling services
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • Consistently achieve sales goals
  • Work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Anticipate and meet customers' needs consistently
  • Service all customers according to the Coach Experience standards
  • Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Build a team culture where everyone can show up as themselves and feel seen and heard
  • Champion company initiatives, support management decisions, and drive outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrate professional ethics
Qualifications
  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie talkie use, and ability to read price/release sheets
  • Effective oral and written communication with customers and team, ability to maneuver the sales floor, and moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Eager to learn live stream shopping techniques, introduce products, demonstrate features/benefits, and create short videos with the social selling team
  • Social media knowledge and a keen understanding of trends on social media platforms
  • Customer data acquisition - actively engage customers in signing up for Brand marketing & clienteling communications to drive repeat purchase and loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong English language proficiency (for EU)
