Senior Risk Manager, Distribution & Underwriting (UK Flexible)

The Emerald Group is seeking a Risk and Assurance Manager to lead a team of risk experts across the UK. You will understand the Risk Framework components, apply them across lines of defence, and implement them in a simple, clear way.

You will deliver the Distribution Assurance Plan, support the Senior Distribution Assurance Manager, design methodologies, ensure report quality, and present data to drive action. Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements and communication of risk concepts are essential.
