We are looking for a Senior Risk & Compliance Officer to join our growing Compliance team in Salisbury.

The Role

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head of Risk and Compliance and will have the following experience;

• Working in both risk and compliance within the legal profession;
• AML legislation, advisory and escalation;
• Guidance and regulatory knowledge - SRA (professional ethics), LSAG and Law Society, CQS, ICO;
• Risk Assessment and auditing; reporting and recommendation;
• Policy, guidance and framework drafting;
• Training;
• SOF and SOW;
• Data Protection (GDPR) and AI; and
• An eye for detail and an understanding of law practice, business operations & risk.
