Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of a comprehensive, group-wide risk management programme across international operations.
2. Maintain good knowledge of Lloyd's and regulatory requirements.
3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
4. Drive the rollout and embedding of key risk workstreams across the global business.
5. Take ownership of risk management processes for all Group entities.
6. Act as a central risk point of contact, engaging with stakeholders across all business areas and geographies.
7. Contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing environment with exposure to both regulated and non-regulated risk environments.
