Senior RFP Writer - 6 month contract

A well established investment manager based in the city is looking to recruit a Senior RFP Writer in their London office. This firm has an excellent reputation globally within the institutional marketplace.

Key responsibilities:

1. Complete RFPs, DDQs, DDDs and pro-formas
2. Provide sales support for all fund and company related information requests
3. Co-ordinate with the sales teams on content, context, deadlines and client needs
4. Liaise with all company departments to complete and help peer review RFPs and DDQs
5. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and improvements of the RFP database
6. Manage and deliver RFP focused projects
7. Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Distribution business

Candidate Profile:

1. Extensive RFP writing experience in the investment management industry
2. Industry relevant qualifications would be a plus
3. Excellent organisational skills
4. Strong knowledge of the institutional market
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
