Senior RFP Executive page is loaded Senior RFP Executivelocations: Londontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R8082 Institutional RFP Manager Reports to Head of RFP & Automation - International London (Hybrid) Prime Purpose of Role To be the lead writer for Institutional channel by developing effective and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, Due Diligence Questionnaires, Surveys and other questionnaires, which cover the full range of the firm's investment capabilities and, as required, those requests for other boutiques within the Perpetual brand. Main Responsibilities Work in tandem with sales and portfolio management teams to produce high quality, highly customised, client-focussed RFX. Craft bespoke content for the Institutional channel and rework for the Wholesale channel as required. Collaborate with global RFP team colleagues for all Perpetual boutiques to continuously improve the production process - this will include process and technology enhancements. Utilise automation and Ai to enhance efficiencies and improve the client experience. Ad-hoc senior level project participation as required. Liaise with internal clients and undertake regular and rigorous checking to ensure the RFP database is current, relevant and accurate. Assist with editing the teams output to ensure best of class RFX submissions. Regulatory Responsibilities To conduct themselves in accordance with the regulatory requirements and obligations of the regulated entities, paying due regard to the Financial Conduct Authority's Senior Manager and Certification Regime (as well as any other required local regulatory approvals and/or codes of ethics). Key Skills Extensive experience in an Institutional RFP role within investment management. Detailed knowledge of financial products with a focus on ETF's, Sustainable Investing, Fixed Income and Equity. CFA Charterholder or similar would be advantageous. Ability to work closely with investment professionals. High level of numeracy and analytical skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Team-player - able to work in a small team to deliver an outstanding experience to our internal clients and SME's. Autonomous and takes responsibility for incoming work and delivers on deadlines. Strong desire to utilise new technologies to enhance the client experience across Distribution.
