Senior Rewards & Compensation Partner

Irish Life Group Services Limited is seeking a Reward Partner to advise on cash compensation, base pay, incentives and pensions. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, People & Culture and senior leaders to ensure competitive and compliant reward practices.

You will drive annual salary reviews, bonuses and share schemes while partnering with Finance and Data & Systems to ensure robust modelling and governance. Strong analytics and Experience with SuccessFactors are required.
