Senior Reward Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join in us in the Netherlands. The Senior Reward Analyst will provide support to the Global Compensation team on key Reward and People projects; including but not exhaustively Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Processes, Benefits review and renewal processes, projects such as Global Grading and performance management. Provide professional advice on compensation and benefits policies at both individual and policy level Point of contact for Day-to-Day Compensation and Benefits related queries from People Business Partners and People Services team Compensation Variable Pay Programme: Support the Global Compensation Team on the annual Bonus review Management Information: Support the Global Compensation Team in preparing presentations collating information for Leadership sign-off Providing deep and meaningful analysis of the compensation market including trends Benefits Support the annual benefits renewal processes Support the delivery of Reward projects such as Global Job Grading, Performance & Recognition, M&A due diligence, reorganisations, gender pay reporting, and compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements.
