Senior Revenue Marketing Manager - E-Invoicing Remote, United Kingdom - Marketing

Avalara is hiring a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and bookings growth for our e-invoicing solutions across international markets. This role is critical to scaling demand in a regulated space and requires a marketer who brings rigor, diligence and accountability to everything you do.
You will thrive in a matrixed organization and can navigate ongoing change with focus. You will own end-to-end demand programs, operate with a clear ROI mindset, and partner closely with Sales, Partners, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to bring measurable revenue impact.
You will report to the Senior Director of International Marketing.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be- You will build end-to-end demand generation programs for e-invoicing across priority international markets
- You will design multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, ABM, field, and partner-led motions) aligned to regulatory mandates and compliance cycles
- Drive pipeline velocity and bookings performance through disciplined planning, execution, and optimization
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong handoffs, conversion, and follow-through
- Operate with a clear focus on performance, forecasting, and accountability against pipeline and bookings targets
- Report on funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI with high data integrity
- Use insights to improve conversion, efficiency, and impact - not just volume
- Maintain campaign hygiene, governance, and operational discipline
- 10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, with an emphasis on demand generation in SaaS or Fintech environments
- Knowledge of the e-invoicing market would be beneficial
- Proven experience marketing to multinational enterprise organizations
- You will have experience owning revenue outcomes, not just campaigns
- Expertise operating in evolving organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Experience analysing data and results and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
- Fluency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools
- A mindset rooted in rigor, diligence and accountability
