Senior Retail Supervisor - Fashion & Sport

The Lacoste Group is seeking a Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role in Swindon, at our Kemble Drive location. The position offers a gross hourly rate of £13-£14 and requires at least five years of senior-level experience in retail leadership, with a track record of team development.

You will oversee daily store operations, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, upholding Lacoste standards and driving results.
