Senior Retail Leader and Store Coach

EE Hereford store is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Advisor to lead the shop floor, guide colleagues and deliver exceptional customer service. You will influence daily operations and help customers find the right BT/EE solutions while upholding store standards.

You will support the Manager in running the store, lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and foster a positive environment for both customers and colleagues. Training and development are provided.
