Senior Retail Lead: Outdoor & Country Store (Part-Time)

Cohesion Retail Group Ltd. is offering a part-time Senior Retail Assistant role at the Outdoor and Country Trentham Gardens store. You will cover the store on managers days off and busy trading days, supporting the management team to drive operational excellence and uphold store standards.

You will deliver excellent customer service, maximise sales, and act as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge. Previous supervisory retail experience is preferred.
