Lilibet's is a new seafood led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse - once the birthplace of a young British princess. Inspired by elegance, travel, and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story rich dining spaces.

With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year round terrace. Guests will experience standout seafood dishes, bold cooking, and refined service in a setting designed to feel like an extraordinary private home.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink.

Responsibilities

You will assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, guest service, and inventory control. You will help develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance, while ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times. You will also train and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a high end restaurant and/or private members club.
  • Extensive and proven experience delivering exceptional service, food and drink.
  • Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business.
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people.
  • A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing labor budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
