Senior Residential Worker - Empowering Children & Young People

Barnardo's in Leicestershire is seeking a Senior Residential Children & Young People's Worker to support the day to day operation of the home and lead shifts. You will be a positive role model, delivering high quality care and ensuring safeguarding remains central to practice.

You will work within a trauma-informed, attachment aware framework, building trusting relationships with children and young people aged 8-18, while supporting their emotional wellbeing and personal development.
