Who we are looking for

An experienced Senior Residential Care Worker who can support the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, and provide high-quality care to young people. You will be confident in managing behaviours, supporting care plans, and acting as a role model for junior staff.

• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent).
• Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.

• Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
