Senior Residential Support Leader - Children (Part-Time)

Aspris Rhondda in Wales is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker on a part-time basis to join a warm, therapeutic home supporting children and young people up to 18 with diverse needs and a focus on safety and wellbeing.

You will lead shifts, mentor colleagues, and help deliver the highest standards of care under the supervision of the Registered Manager, helping young people build confidence, independence and positive outcomes.
