Senior Residential Property Manager - Blocks & Estates

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Property Manager experienced in block and estate management to join its market leading team. You will manage a portfolio across Surrey and Hampshire, with occasional site work and one day per month in Hoddesdon.

You will use knowledge of leases, service charges, and Building Safety Act to deliver high standards of service, maintain budgets, and lead meetings with Residents' Associations and developers, while staying compliant and customer-focused.
