Senior Residential Manager - Children's Home (Southampton)

Budwood, part of the Polaris Community, is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead a two-bed children's residential home in Southampton. You will ensure high-quality care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Area Manager.

This role requires a Level 5 Diploma within three years, plus 2+ years' residential childcare experience and 1+ year in supervision. You'll manage budgets, staff rotas and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
