Senior Residential Development Solicitor - Land & Growth Lead

BCL Legal is seeking a Senior Residential Development Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its established Housebuilding team. You will handle land acquisitions, site assembly, disposals and wide development matters for national, regional and SME housebuilders.

You will mentor junior lawyers, draft complex development contracts and contribute to the growth of the Newcastle practice. The role offers significant responsibility and exposure to high-quality development work.
