Senior Residential Conveyancer

A progressive and ambitious law firm is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer / Team Leader to join its growing Residential Property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer who combines strong technical ability with leadership and commercial drive.

You will manage your own caseload while supervising and developing a small team, contributing directly to the department's financial performance and ongoing growth.

• Managing a full caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages with minimal supervision
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently with exceptional client care
• Achieving billing and time recording targets
• Overseeing credit control on your own files
• Supporting business development, marketing and referrer relationships
• Contributing to departmental growth and continuous improvement

• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with strong residential property experience
• Proven ability to supervise and develop others
• Commercially aware with a track record of meeting billing targets
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Highly organised with strong case management system experience
• Proactive, driven and committed to professional development
