Senior Residential Conveyancer - Growth & Client Impact

Douglas Scott Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to strengthen the firm's profile in Poole. You will manage a varied caseload of residential matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity and re-mortgages, while reviewing title documents and dealing with enquiries.

You will handle contracts, transfers and mortgage documents through to exchange and completion, produce completion statements, and complete SDLT submissions.
