Senior Residential Child Care Team Leader - Safe Homes

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Senior Residential Child Care Worker to lead a team of RCCWs and provide dedicated care for children in our residential service. The role focuses on safeguarding, complex needs support, and implementing care plans within a rota pattern including sleep-ins.

You will oversee shifts, mentor staff, and contribute to safeguarding and care planning processes, ensuring high standards of practice and positive outcomes for children in care.
