Senior Residential Care Team Leader

We Change Lives is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Warrington residential sites. The role focuses on hands-on care, supervision of staff, and delivering bespoke support plans to residents in a 37-bed and 25-bed setting.

You will lead shifts, provide compassionate, person-centred care, and collaborate with a dedicated team to promote independence and wellbeing, while benefiting from comprehensive staff training and development.
