Job Description
Senior Residential Care Worker role in Stoke-on-Trent within a children's residential service, providing safe, nurturing, and person-centred care to looked-after children. You'll lead shifts, mentor colleagues, and maintain safeguarding and care planning standards.
Role supports education and community activities; requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, 1 year in residential care, and a full driving licence. Full-time, shifts include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
