Senior Resident Liaison Lead: Training & Engagement

PiLON is seeking a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to support and strengthen the Resident Liaison Officer team in Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role involves collaborating with the Resident Liaison Manager to run regular in-person meetings and drive improvements across the organization.

The position requires a minimum of two years in a Resident Liaison Officer role, experience in Customer Engagement, and strong communication with stakeholders. DBS check is a requirement for this role.
