Job Description- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support policy development and decision making processes.
- Design and implement robust research methodologies to gather relevant data.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes in the public sector.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ethical standards.
A successful Senior Research Analyst (Data) should have:
- A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, or economics.
- Proven experience in conducting complex data analysis and research.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Python and R
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings clearly.
- Knowledge of public sector operations and policy development is advantageous.
- A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
