Senior Regulatory Reporting Operations Professional

• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the Bank's transaction reporting obligations across multiple global regulatory jurisdictions


• Drive improvements in Transaction Reporting through remediation assessment, root cause oversight, management information, process optimisation and governance


• Assess multi-layered, aged and blocked reporting breaches


• Determine whether viable remediation options remain available


• Independently ensure all reasonable remediation avenues have been explored before closure


• Produce management information and perform root cause analysis


• Create procedural and training documentation


• Support continuous improvement initiatives


• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to broader team targets

Requirements

• Understanding of the regulatory trade and transaction reporting landscape would be ideal


• Familiarity with EMIR, MIFID, SFTR, CFTC and other key regulations


• Prepared to remain current on the regulatory reporting landscape


• Experience in remediating transaction reporting issues, including back-reporting


• Familiarity with trade flow components, including booking, clearing, capture, reporting-system consumption, processing and submission to regulators/repositories


• Experience with key transaction reporting systems and their interactions


• Business analysis, project management, data analysis and testing skills


• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders


• Experience working in Banking MO, Operations, or other relevant functions


• Product-specific knowledge inside or outside transaction reporting operations
