This role will involve the accurate and timely completion of reporting tasks, supporting issue resolution, and assisting with regulatory change initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in Operations, Compliance, and Technology across multiple jurisdictions. Operations Carry out day-to-day reporting tasks for MiFID, EMIR, ASIC, and Canada trade and transaction reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Monitor reporting processes to identify and escalate issues. Support Trading Operations with guidance, training, and documentation as needed to perform their reporting duties. Assist with oversight of third-party reporting service providers, ensuring issues are tracked and followed up appropriately. Maintain records and documentation to evidence compliance with reporting obligations. Assurance and Oversight Perform regular checks on reporting completeness and accuracy, escalating discrepancies to senior colleagues. Contribute to the production of management information reports for internal stakeholders. Keep up to date with relevant regulatory reporting guidance and changes, sharing key updates with the team. Change Programme Review business, product, or regulatory changes that may impact trade and transaction reporting. Support impact assessments, system testing, and documentation of required changes. Carry out internal reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in trade and transaction reporting, preferably including MiFID, EMIR and SFTR Understanding of financial instruments and products traded by CMC. Strong attention to detail with ability to identify data or reporting issues quickly. Good Excel and data analysis skills; ability to manage large datasets. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
