Job Description
The Nursing and Midwifery Council is seeking a CPP Senior Lawyer to join the Case Preparation and Presentation team in London or Edinburgh. You will review fitness to practise cases, lead advocacy before committees and manage High Court interim order applications across UK jurisdictions.
You will be a UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister with substantial regulatory experience, strong leadership and a commitment to high quality, fair outcomes.
