You'll recruit for roles across Software Engineering QA Engineering, Engineering Leadership; partnering closely with leaders to bring new humans into the business. Your focus will be strong sourcing, relationship building, and creating a smooth, human hiring experience. While tech will be your main area, you'll also support other business roles as needed. Ability to use data to influence decisions and improve processes Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams Excellent time management and prioritisation across multiple roles Commitment to a fair, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience Collaborative and agile mindset; supportive of teammates, willing to share expertise, and support other business areas as required.
