Senior Recruitment Lead - Hospitality (Maternity Cover)

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager for maternity cover to oversee recruitment across new openings and existing properties. You will partner with the Global Head of Recruitment and General Managers to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role involves coaching managers, supporting high-volume hiring, and refining recruitment methods as the business grows, across houses, restaurants and shared spaces.
