Senior Recruiter - GTM & Leadership

Furza Talent is recruiting an experienced Recruiter/Resourcer to help build our senior talent division in Manchester. You'll identify and engage go-to-market and revenue leaders for fast-growth and PE-backed businesses, focusing on high-value senior opportunities rather than transactional recruitment.

You'll source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals and proactive headhunting, map markets, and build long-term candidate and client relationships to shape the division's growth.
