Solent University's Test Park Sports Facility is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Duty Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for our students, clubs, community groups, and visitors.

As part of our customer-focused Duty Supervisor Team, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of one of the University's premier outdoor sports facilities. Working in a varied and hands-on role, you will lead operational staff during your shift, ensuring the site remains safe, welcoming, clean, and fully operational at all times.
