Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic team. As a Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice, managing complex transactions, and delivering comprehensive solutions to clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and review of property-related documentation.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Mentor and support junior solicitors, providing guidance and training when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in real estate law.
• Proven track record of handling complex real estate transactions independently.
• Strong knowledge of property law, land acquisition, leasing, and development processes.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
