Senior Reablement & Bridging Care Officer

A regional council in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Carer to join their Community Resource team. You will support vulnerable adults to regain or maintain independence at home. The role involves mentoring a team of care workers and requires a commitment to promoting well-being. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in social care, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. This is a full-time temporary position until November 2026.
