Job Description

Balfour Beatty Rail is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the Commercial function across a portfolio of Civils, Building, P-way and Signalling works in the Wales & Western region. You will partner with the programme director and finance manager, shaping strategy, mentoring a team of around 20, and ensuring governance, budget control and margin improvement.

Experience in NEC contracts and large-scale rail projects, and chartered status in RICS/CICES/CIOB are preferred.
