Senior R&D Project Manager - PMO

We are partnering with our Mayoclient who are looking to hirea Senior Project Manager to join their R&D PMO team.

This is a senior role leading complex, cross-functional product development and commercialisation programmes from concept through to launch.

• Lead cross-functional teams through product development and commercialisation.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.

• Drive delivery against project milestones, quality and compliance requirements.

• Manage project risks, dependencies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across R&D, engineering, quality, regulatory and operations.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and wider project teams.

• Support resource planning and strategic development initiatives.

• Technical Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 8-10+ years' experience managing complex product development projects.

• 5+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Experience in medical devices or another highly regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of product development, commercialisation and project management.

• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and FDA/QSR requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• PMP or Master's degree would be advantageous.
