Senior R&D Manager: Insight-Led Product Innovation

Starbucks UK is seeking a Senior R&D Manager to lead the team that shapes and delivers the future of our product offering in the UK through insight-led innovation. You will define the forward-looking product strategy, own the end-to-end innovation pipeline from concept to launch, and translate insights into commercial outcomes.

You'll lead with strong commercial acumen, collaborating with stakeholders across the UK, EMEA and global teams, while guiding a high-performing team through fast-paced
