Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager - Residential - Oxford

My client a residential developer based out of Oxford who specialise in new build Residential houses and apartments in the area are currently looking to add an experienced senior quantity surveyor/commercial manager to their growing commercial team reporting into the commercial director.

The ideal candidate would have more than 7-10+ years' experience with a top UK residential developer on a permanent basis working on multiple residential new build projects from inception to completion.

In return my client can offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus a package and career progression within the company as they are well known to retain staff. My client is ready to offer interview dates soon with a start date within 6 weeks depending on notice period.

A degree/masters in Quantity Surveying would be essential.

• RICS membership would be desirable but not essential.
• CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential.
