Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager - Oxford - Negotiable Salary

My client, a residential developer based in Oxford, specializes in new build residential houses and apartments in the area. They are currently looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to their growing commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director.

The ideal candidate would have more than 7-10+ years of experience with a top UK residential developer, working on multiple residential new build projects from inception to completion on a permanent basis.

A degree or master's in Quantity Surveying is essential.
