Your new role
You will manage the preparation and submission of bids from initial enquiry through to final submission. The successful candidate will gather technical information from internal stakeholders, write engaging responses to tender questions and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.Key responsibilities include:

• Producing high-quality PQQ, SQ and tender submissions.
• Coordinating information from operational and commercial teams.
• Ensuring submissions are compliant with client requirements.
• Maintaining bid content and supporting continuous improvement of the bid process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer or similar role, ideally within the construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors. Strong writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.You should possess:

• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience working on competitive tender submissions.
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
