As an SQS you'll take a leading role in managing the commercial performance of the project, ensuring robust cost control and reporting. This is a client-facing position within a busy infrastructure environment delivering upgrades to road structures, bus stops, and active travel routes. What you will need: Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on highways or major infrastructure projects . Strong experience administering NEC contracts , ideally Option C (Target Cost) . Ability to lead commercial reporting and manage client-facing applications . Experience leading or mentoring junior commercial staff within a project environment. £61,000 - £68,000 salary depending on experience. Company car or £4,700 car allowance .
