Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction, Manufacturing - High Wycombe

A specialist architectural glass installer and engineering design solution provider is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the High Wycombe area.

Responsibilities include arranging project budgets, verifying and supervising contracts, creating estimates, and organizing tender documents for subcontract works and specialist suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in façade, glazing, dry lining, metal work, roofing/cladding, joinery, or similar specialist sub contractor industries.

Required knowledge of JCT 2005 & 2011 contracts (both with and without Design Portion), D&B, Fixed Price, NEC contracts, and Fit Out industry as a specialist contractor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a construction related subject (or a similar field) and a CSCS card holder.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor at the intermediate level.

Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Union Square, possess a legitimate UK driving licence, and reside within 1 hour commuting distance to the High Wycombe Head Office.
