About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an education-specific interior design organisation with integrated project delivery and full furniture manufacturing capabilities. They work on school and higher educations schemes across London and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Working from the PCSA to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages.
• Managing Sub-Contractors.
• Site Meetings.
• Managing both client and board relations.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Commutable distance from both London and Hemel Hempstead head office.
• Experienced running a site valued between £5 - £20 million.
• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Up to £110,000 base salary + Package.
