I'm working with a well established Tier 1 contractor delivering long term water infrastructure works across London.

This is secured framework work with years left to run. Growth hires. Not replacement.

The Role

You'll commercially lead schemes from £200k up to £10m+ across clean and waste water.

You'll be:

• Owning monthly CVRs and forecasts
• Managing subcontract procurement and accounts
• Handling applications, variations and change
• Working closely with delivery teams to drive margin
• Operating under NEC contracts properly

Their self deliver a large proportion of works, so you need to understand how jobs actually run on site.
