Are you ready to take the lead on major infrastructure builds in Europe's booming data centre market? We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-paced, high-performing commercial team delivering world-class construction projects in Frankfurt.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of large-scale builds, working with an innovative global engineering and construction firm known for turnkey delivery across Data Centres, Pharma, Logistics, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage full commercial life cycle from project setup to final account closure.

• Lead subcontractor negotiations, valuations, and payment certifications.

• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout project delivery.

• Guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring best value procurement.

• Prepare and submit accurate cost/value reconciliations and client valuations.

About You:

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent) with extensive experience on large commercial or civil projects.

• Fluent in German (highly desirable) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of NEC/JCT contracts and project financial control.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong reporting and documentation skills.

• Detail-oriented, methodical, and confident in client-facing environments.
