About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of over £1bn. They are looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple DfE projects valued at around £20m. This role is predominately office based in East London with site visits which are also within London. You will be bringing the projects to site and support the team where needed. This is a great opportunity to join as they constantly have interesting projects due to them winning the majority of projects in London. They are dominating the London construction market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks. This is a full time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Supporting the upstream and downstream process
• Oversee around 3 DfE projects a year
• Oversee PSCA and tenders

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally have DfE framework experience
• Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
• Live within a commutable distance to East London
